I am an HR Professional with a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from Roma Tre University in Rome, Italy, an Erasmus Programme in Madrid, Spain and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management obtained in Philadelphia, USA. Participating in this program brought together my interest in valuing people\'s talent and potential, cherishing diversity, and promoting teamwork in companies and organizations. I speak English and Spanish fluently, while Italian is my native language. After two enriching experiences in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and Learning & Development areas of the Italian Business (Birra Peroni), I served as a Group Talent & Development Business Partner for the central Hub of Asahi Europe & International, supporting the business in shaping, driving, and delivering AEI’s talent and development strategy to ensure that we identify, select, engage, and develop the right people with the right capabilities to perform and achieve our future strategy.I currently hold the role of Group Development Manager: Leadership and I am responsible of designing, delivering and monitoring the impact of leadership programmes throughout the AEI region, as well as overseeing the Early Career Programmes.
