This journey in ophthalmology began over 20 years ago when I went from -7.00 vision to 20/20 after refractive surgery. That life-changing experience sparked a passion for eye care that’s driven my entire career. Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade in ophthalmology sales and practice development, leading enterprise SaaS growth at Clearwave Corporation (Founders Club 3×, Rep of the Year 2×), supporting surgical excellence at Bausch + Lomb (National Sales Excellence), and building premium IOL and laser programs at AMO/IntraLase and Clemson Eye. Strong KOL relationships, consistent quota achievement, and a strategic focus on results—these have been the foundation of my success in surgical sales, HealthTech, and now mission-driven fundraising.
