About Laura Gmeinder
I\'ve made it my life’s mission to empower women and provide the support they need to be successful (on their terms) in business and life. With over 20 years\' experience in women’s leadership and business strategy my sweet spot is the intersection of mindset and strategy, the “can-do” and action plan we all need to play big and smash our goals.My clients are ambitious women who often feel overwhelmed and doubt themselves. They are hard on themselves and worry about being judged or not doing it perfectly. They know they want more but don\'t always know what is next or how to create the business and life they know they are called to lead. Many have started (or dream of starting) their own business as a way to make an impact and create success on their terms. My story? I survived a quarter-life crisis, made friends with my fear (fearless < fear less), courageously left my corporate HR job (after 14 years) and set out to make an impact in the world. My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to start several award-winning businesses including Laura Gmeinder Coaching & Consulting; I have been recognized as an InBusiness Magazine “40 Under 40”, honored for my business savvy and civic contributions, and a BRAVA magazine “Woman to Watch”. I serve is a judge for the International Stevie Awards for Women in Business and a business coach for entrepreneurs through the Doyenne Group and The Coaching Fellowship. I strive to live an interesting life- which doesn’t always come easy. The above was accomplished in the spirit of “Do one thing every day that scares you”, my motto.
