With 10+ years in STEM education, skills development, events and social impact, I’ve built, scaled, and launched initiatives that bridge education and industry — empowering young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.I believe in measuring what matters. Not box-ticking, not white noise — but proving impact, aligning values, and building futures. Whether through careers education, education engagement, or industry-education collaboration, my focus is on creating tangible, measurable outcomes that change lives.As Founder of The STEM Project, I’ve relaunched with a sharper focus: braver, bolder, and built for measurable change. By fusing education and industry into a single ecosystem, we’re proving what happens when purpose, impact, and values align: real outcomes for young people, meaningful engagement for educators, and measurable social value for organisations. Key Career Highlights The STEM Project (2019 – today): Partnered with STEM Learning, The 1851 Trust, Leeds Museums & Galleries, and the RAF to inspire and upskill young people. South Midlands Careers Hub (2025): Co-led strategies across schools, colleges, and employers, driving stronger connections and ensuring careers education was impactful, inclusive, and future-focused. Birmingham Digital Futures (2023–2024): Co-developed the Digital Skills Framework, engaging students across the West Midlands. RS Components (2017–2021): Managed a £300k STEM outreach budget and global programme, mobilising 300+ volunteers and earning Engineering Ambassador of the Year (2018). New Scientist Live (20••••17): Launched one of the UK’s largest science engagement events, welcoming attendees at ExCeL London, earning 30 under 30 recognition. STEM & Careers Advocacy: Active Youth Mentor, STEM Ambassador & VEX Robotics Judge, championing innovation, digital skills, and workforce development.
