ABOUT LAURA GHEBALI BOUKHRIS

I am the senior manager & co-creator of the Experience Center of Oracle, which is a virtual hub dedicated to support pre sales and sales to produce methods and experiences that will participate to develop a value driven client relationship. I manage a team of 18 designers and I thrive to demonstrate daily design can bring into business. We design and scale experiences across the organisation. I m convinced of the need to incorporate artistic approaches to solve complex problems and more specifically companies transformation and I am applying it in my current role through design. I previously created and led the Immersion centers program around the world for the Boston Consulting Group and I pilotée the first immersion center for the company. This program relied on physical space and virtual formats to help clients to envision and build their digital future. I developed immersive formats like serious game, workshop, simulation and interactive demonstration to help demistify the main challenges of digital transformation and Iconstantly build innovative ways to increase the knowledge around new technology usages. I am an expert in digital transformation enablement and immersive pedagogy. I am also a Doctor in Management & Innovation; my research fields are Art Science, Design, social network, knowledge sharing, collective intelligence and innovation. I am a Lecturer in the topic of Digital Strategy, Social Media Use, Neurosciences Marketing & Digital Disruption and I coach Ph.D Students.
