Could you or someone you know benefit from counseling? I am an Marriage & Family Therapist with over 17 years of experience. I am a Bay Area native, and work with the following populations/issues: 1. Individual adults struggling to overcome perfectionism 2. Individual adults with complex trauma (growing up with challenging family dynamics that are still impacting you) 3. Interracial and interfaith couples who need help communicating, and navigating differences (same or opposite sex couples) 4. Survivors of sexual assault, rape, and/or harassment 5. Supervising upcoming MFT Associates and consulting with licensed MFTs I am licensed in California and Oregon and am currently seeing people weekly via video appointments.
