I am a program and systems leader with a background in child welfare, youth development, and behavioral health, and over two decades of experience supporting children, families, and the professionals who serve them. My work has centered on building ethical, sustainable programs; training and mentoring staff and volunteers; and strengthening systems that honor dignity, voice, and long-term impact. I began my career in nonprofit and public-sector youth services, working in foster care, transitional living, prevention education, and youth leadership initiatives.
