Delivery of the Global Postdoc Programme across the UK, Sweden and US.• Lead and develop personal development for 150 Postdocs including personal effectiveness, career building and specialist scientific skills.• Develop and organise programme wide initiatives such as Global Postdoc Day, the Postdoc Challenge and Early Careers Networking Days. These events attract over 100 applicants/participants each. • Implement and oversee Postdoc knowledge sharing through initiatives such as Science Focus Groups and development of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus Postdoc community, which operates across 7 institutions.• Build a collaborative community by supporting Postdoc Reps to coordinate events such as Postdoc monthly seminars and networking opportunities. • Responsible for increasing visibility and profile of Postdocs by supporting conference attendance and successful publishing. • Liaise with colleagues from other Early Career programmes to ensure consistent experiences, make cross-programme improvements, share experiences and report progress.• Other: Network of Women treasurer, STEM outreach volunteer, Career Ready mentor
