I am a Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about using best practices to improve positive outcomes at the individual and community levels. With over 13 years of experience working with nonprofits dedicated to ending homelessness, I am experienced in leading agency operations and community-wide initiatives. I have a successful career of designing and evaluating interventions, creating policy change through engaging community members, and developing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives used to drive positive and equitable outcomes. Helping establish the first PSH Integrated Care Model in the City of Houston, I have a vast knowledge of housing first systems and managing team dynamics to effectively collaborate as a multidisciplinary team.
