Laura decided to go into the Physician Assistant field to make a difference in the lives of patients. Laura is a PA graduate and had the fortunate opportunity to work as a recruiter for a different company for the last several years. She recently started her own healthcare recruiting firm, Successful Recruiters, LLC. This company will allow her clients to have a greater variety of services which include a competitive placement fee, longer guarantee period, short term payment options, and the opportunity to provide recruiting services for Physician, NP, PA, and Nurse candidates. Laura has extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, and is an outstanding communicator. She is extremely assertive and has become an expert negotiator who has helped to mediate fair salary/benefit negotiations between physicians and candidates. Laura will continue to provide outstanding service to customers and match them to outstanding candidates. She looks forward to making the recruiting process easier and cost effective for practices and hospitals. Her goal is to provide a pleasant recruiting experience for candidates and practices while ensuring outstanding communication from start to finish.
