Thorough Events Ltd is a company who host prestigious car shows, one of which is held at the Royal Palaces and hosts a selection of the rarest cars from all over the world.I took on the role of onboarding and owning the client relationship of the owners of these rare examples. I would work with them to create a unforgettable experience to match their high expectations of such an event. This involves constant communication ensuring their expectations are met around their travel, accommodation, hospitality and overall experience. Some may be returning to the show for the tenth time so managing their expectations and exceeding them is very much the aim. Communication and relationship building is essential in this role as well as looking after them face to face once they are at the show.
