About Laura Dyer Campos
At my core, I believe in the power of unity, especially when we create moments for authentic connection and sharing. Sharing our collective passions and sharing stories that move us. Our shared stories become bridges that bring us together. They spark creative collaboration, innovation, and problem solving. My most fulfilling days are those where I get to connect strategy with execution through intentional engagement, service leadership, and pausing for shared storytelling.I am one half of #CamposCouple. God and people are my passions, optimistic energy is one of my superpowers, and building bridges to connect people, teams, and communities to the next step up in their journey has become my primary purpose in life. Along with spending as much time as possible with Framily, my greatest joy is using my God-given experiences, resources, and talents to inspire and empower those around me. To connect them with help, hope, healing, and wholeness, for them to see the value in their story, in my story, and in the larger picture of our collective stories. My diverse background emphasizes my ability to bridge gaps in organizational operations and connect-the-dots within strategy, storytelling, communication, people, and possibilities. What sets me apart is my ability to merge the big picture with data-driven research and compassionate service leadership to create informed, insightful, improved employee experiences and process management that fosters collaboration, connection, and cohesiveness.I have helped bridge the gap between strategic recommendations and practical execution in complex initiatives across projects in trademark research, information technology, energy, environmental sustainability, and government operations.I\'m grateful for having been rewarded for my consistent track record of driving continuous improvements, ensuring quality and value-added results, and demonstrating ethical, intentional service leadership. Always elevating my approach in customer, employee, and vendor relations. I lead with gratitude, grace, and a giving heart.Relationship Building is not what I do, it is who I am, it\'s in my DNA. I productively partner and collaborate with people at every level of an organization. As a Maximizer, I have strong focus on strengths and goals, and I excel at identifying needs and talents and investing in others. The future is all about connecting people, business, and empowering communications and experiences. To cultivate optimistic, collaborative, engaged team cultures rallied by shared vision and goals.
