As a Human Resources Business Partner / Director, I am very passionate about helping business leaders connect people strategies to the ever changing needs required by business environments today. I focus on driving profitable business growth by combining my diverse Human Resources leadership experiences with my strong business acumen to effectively link the right people strategies and tactics to the business priorities. My multi-lens HR perspective is based on the following experiences- partnering with US Sales, Marketing, and Biologics leaders to align all people and business strategies and tactics while driving broader organizational objectives and improving culture- directing leadership and organizational development strategies and tactics to tackle barriers in driving US field sales performance- determining organizational effectiveness interventions to support the US commercial business and the shift to an HR Shared Services support model- creating change and communications plans and partnering with HR in the US/UK and local international markets for roll-out of Global PeopleSoft HR system- implementing a high quality and cost-effective HR Service Delivery model for US/UK, and- leading delivery team for US Benefits and introducing first integrated outsourced Benefits delivery model.I get my energy from meaningful work and my collaborative style seeks to connect and learn from others.
