Leadership of a high-touch nonprofit accelerator focused on protecting and fostering a healthy, sustainable, resilient, and equitable world. Key responsibilities include:• Managing the organization and leading oversight for the day-to-day operations of Multiplier’s core backbone and accelerator teams.• Serving as a senior strategic advisor to a diverse portfolio of project teams in four interwoven program areas (healthy planet and people; secure natural resources; sustainable, equitable economies; resilient communities) who are turning game-changing ideas into planet-saving impact. Since 2013, we’ve scaled our organization significantly—more than doubling the number of projects in our portfolio and increasing annual revenue from $6M to more than $18M in just three years. In 20••••17, I helped shepherd the organization through an intensive strategic planning process involving Board, staff, projects and external stakeholders that resulted in an expanded mission, an enhanced service delivery model, and a new organization name designed to reflect our unique approach to driving impact. Now, in 2026, Multiplier is thriving accelerator and umbrella organization with more than $150M in annual revenue and a diverse, and impact-driven portfolio of projects.
