I serve as the primary Program Manager for Leadership Landing, Amazon’s new leadership development program for L4–L5 managers. I led the end-to-end project planning, successfully overseeing the global pilot launch and now driving the full North America rollout in September 2025. Partnering with global operations leaders and L&D, I’ve been accountable for scaling this initiative to strengthen leadership and communication capabilities across our frontline leaders.Achievements-Led end-to-end program management for the 600+ participant pilot and participant global launch, building all project infrastructure from scratch-Created the standardized session change tracker and workflow, enabling smooth management of launch-phase changes and setting a reusable model adopted across teams-Built the full customer support framework (RIVER workflows, decision trees, standardized responses) and scaled operations 150%-Stepped into the program after two unsuccessful pilots and restructured the team\'s approach, enabling the first successful NA and EU launches with region-specific strategies while collaborating with Research Science on a rigorous A/B study comparing control and experimental groups-Took over ownership of content redevelopment when instructional design resources were lost, rebuilding and upgrading all launch assets and transforming consolidated feedback into a cohesive, high-impact content set-Developed the direct-to-learner Slack communication process with automated templates and clear workflows, driving reliable engagement across 70+ channels-Produced the first comprehensive facilitator standard work guide, consolidating all preparation and execution steps into a single resource now used as the foundation for ongoing facilitator documentation.
