ABOUT LAURA COPLEY
Working at the intersection of environmental engagement, wellbeing and systems change, I bring over 20 years’ experience across conservation, youth participation and organisational development. Combining systems thinking with deep facilitation and listening, I support people and organisations to navigate complexity and work more coherently. My focus is on how institutions engage people through relationship, not just information or strategy.
