I have an insight-oriented practice, working with individuals age 18 and older using short-term and long-term contemporary psychodynamic therapy as well as integrative therapy that incorporates cognitive-behavioral and other approaches. I have specialities in working with the academic population (undergrads on up) and in climate psychology. Part of my practice, Humanity & Planet, is devoted to climate-aware therapy for individuals and groups.
