A senior leader within the charitable sector, dedicated to improving service outcomes, lives and communities, through developing and delivering creative yet practical solutions to complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and building effective partnerships. A driving force for change and social impact, I strive to help charities and businesses to deepen their impact by embedding a culture of continuous evaluation, innovation and development. Additionally setting out strategic priorities to enable sustainable growth. By identifying meaningful outcomes and creating effective ways of measuring impact in the short, medium and long term, charities are able to enhance their beneficiary journey and grow their service. Since entering the third sector 8 years ago after a career as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces, I have focussed on the design and implementation of organisational strategy, change management, policy writing and project management. All of which is underpinned by a keen understanding and application of charity governance. I am a firm believer that consultation, innovation and a collaborative approach is key to employing an effective team that deliver outstanding results. By empowering team members and recognising individual strengths, the team can be deployed to the utmost effectiveness and efficiency. My ability to deliver, lead and inspire through strong interpersonal skills, and keen business acumen leading to both personal and professional success.
