Responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of JET’s programmes and supporting the charity’s growth and sustainability through fundraising from institutions, trusts, foundations and corporates. Since entering the third sector 8 years ago after a career as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces, I have focussed on the design and implementation of organisational strategy, change management, policy writing and project management. I am a firm believer that consultation, innovation and a collaborative approach is key to employing an effective team that deliver outstanding results. By empowering team members and recognising individual strengths, the team can be deployed to the utmost effectiveness and efficiency.
