I’m an Associate Design Director who tends to get pulled into the tricky stuff: unclear goals, complex systems, low design maturity etc. I actually like it that way. I enjoy helping teams find clarity, building trust with clients, and slowly but surely moving messy things forward. I care a lot about people. I’ve built a mentorship program from the ground up, and I’m always thinking about how to support growth, whether that’s through upskilling, coaching, or just making space for reflection. I try to lead with empathy and calm, especially when things feel chaotic. And I believe good design leadership means making things clearer, kinder, and more collaborative for everyone involved. 🤝
