About Laura Bonefeld Miller
I graduated from Michigan State University in May 2011 with a B.S. Chemical Engineering degree, and came to work for Procter & Gamble late June 2011 as a Process Engineer. I have worked in their MPD (Materials, Process, & Delivery) department as a Process Engineer, I then moved to manage 40 people on two haircare packaging lines that package Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, containing ~25% of the volume of the entire site. I was then promoted to a Band 2 as a Quality Control Department Manager where I had responsibilities over the Analytical Lab, Microbiology Lab, and Pack Quality Control. During this time at P&G I completed my MBA at the University of Iowa. I then became the Beauty Making Operations Department Manager, with a department of ~75 people, and my current position I was promoted to be the Site Quality Leader.
