I will be working to build relationships with stakeholders, understand their business processes and current estate, in order to demonstrate how they can get the best benefit out of the products we offer. The first product to tackle is the Five9 Virtual Call Center, tied in with Salesforce, and used to automatically outbound call leads in order to convert them to customers.
