I work with individuals, companies, and charitable trusts to help them change the world on their doorstep through local giving and philanthropy that supports amazing local charities in Somerset. I help donors understand the difference they want to make, build a strategy for their giving, and give them engaging and inspiring opportunities to understand the impact they make. I\'m hugely passionate about continuous improvement and organisational culture. Alongside significantly growing private philanthropy for Somerset, I\'ve been able to drive considerable organisational transformation as a member of our Senior Leadership Team. I led on the process to develop and implement our 2021-25 organisational strategy, including stakeholder consultation, development of key strategic milestones and KPIs and the co-creation of new our organisational Vision, Mission and Values with our team. I have advocated for and driven significant cultural change, including our move to flexible and home working, enhanced parental leave policies, improved line management practices, employee engagement surveys and an increased focus on staff wellbeing. In 2023, I\'ll be leading on a rebrand process and overseeing development of a new website to help us grow the funds we raise for local communities in Somerset.
