ABOUT LAURA BERNARDES BONEMER
I studied psychology because I wanted to understand how the human mind works and why we think/act/feel the way we do. My career in HR started in the fashion industry right before the COVID-19 pandemic, which made me learn how to experiment, fail, adapt and grow fast.In 2022, I went after my goal of having an international career by moving to France to pursue a Master`s degree in International HR Management.Now, I am part of the Talent Acquisition team at L\'Oréal, where I get to recruit, develop and convert the most diverse leaders of tomorrow.
