Following significant involvement in the deployment of Workday at Freeths in 2023, I am now responsible for the ongoing development of Workday for the firm. I have experience with and responsibility for all modules in deployment; Absence, HCM, Recruitment, Talent and Payroll, in addition to developing our roadmap for future areas for development. I have support from an HR Analyst who manages our development of reporting, dashboards and analytics. I am also responsible for the firms Flexible Benefits Platform including evaluation of our current benefits and working with our broker to manage our benefits package.
