Throughout my career, I have focused on the design and planning of public health projects, as well as their monitoring and evaluation. I am also involved in research and it was there that I realized that although there is a lot of research in nutrition, this knowledge does not always reach the masses. This is why I dedicate part of my time to bring science-based information to the population (in the form of simple messages) on social networks and different media. I enjoy working with professionals from different fields because it makes a project more interesting and with more important results.
