Providing cybersecurity risk management services to the Rivian/VW joint venture organization- Champion a culture of risk accountability by driving cross-functional collaboration, embedding risk awareness, and accelerating remediation across technology and business units- Lead and design the enterprise cyber risk and compliance strategies that safeguard assets, strengthen controls, and support Rivian’s growth objectives, including overseeing the design of the enterprise Disaster Recovery Program to increase organizational resilience- Direct comprehensive risk assessments, gap analyses, and mitigation programs across the enterprise, including third-party and supply chain ecosystems, with clear ownership and timelines- Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting, insights, and guidance to senior leadership and the Board to inform governance, investment, and strategic decision-making- Lead Rivian in achieving and maintaining key cybersecurity certifications and regulatory benchmarks while optimizing audit readiness- Develop relationships to fulfill cybersecurity governance objectives by chairing the Rivian Cybersecurity Steering Committee, aligning cybersecurity strategy with enterprise priorities- Spearhead security awareness and cyber employee engagement initiatives that measurably reduce both technical and human-centric risk across the organization.
