About Laura Conti

eDiscovery allows me to combine my passions for litigation and technology, since I could never quite choose between the two. I\'ve now spent 20 years working in eDiscovery, building on these skills and continuing to earn relevant experience and certifications. I\'ve achieved RCA and Relativity Master status, along with certifications in several other industry softwares. I enjoy the challenge of balancing technical skills with legal knowledge, and bridging the communication gap between specialists in both areas.When I’m not managing eDiscovery projects, I’m either spending time with my horses, training as a competitive strength athlete, running (at the speed of a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter), or fighting the never-ending battle of maintaining a small farm. Often, I’m doing several of these things at once.

Cimplifi has given me the chance to really flex my Relativity skills in a variety of environments. Because we work with so many client domains and Partners of Record, I work daily with different instances, templates, and workflows. I also enjoy a close working relationship between our departments, broadening my exposure and experience with Forensics, Analytics, and Data Operations. Additionally, I\'ve been able to work on several HSRs and Second Requests during my time here, continuing to build valuable expertise.
