ABOUT LAURA BERRY
I am passionate about inclusive design and making digital products that are truly usable by all people. In my role as accessibility consultant, I have performed design reviews of a wide variety of web, mobile, and native apps. I also conduct user research and usability studies with users with disabilities in industries including retail, healthcare, telecommunications and education. I have written courses ranging from basic accessibility concepts to advanced web accessibility techniques. I even spent some time as a web developer at the beginning of my career.All of this experience makes me uniquely qualified to communicate accessibility concepts and standards to a range of audiences. I draw on that experience when I analyze, report, and present the results of design reviews and usability studies, including user impact, relevant WCAG 2.1 standards, and recommendations.
