ABOUT LAURA LEHMANN

Every creative endeavor has a legion of talented people working tirelessly to contribute to a final product or creative vision. Every one of those individuals brings both their passion and their strength to the production. My passion is taking those people and resources, and melding them into a cohesive unit. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. Whenever I look at a project I find ways to improve productivity, organization, and help each member to excel so they can achieve the highest creative experience. My strength focuses and reinforces my passion. Throughout my career, I have maintained excellent performance standards with a diverse range of film production functions, clearly illustrated by my past successes. As a production coordinator and manager I have successfully coordinated multiple NFL productions, large scale crews, domestic and international travel coordination, location and talent management, and equipment rentals; all while keeping a strict budget in mind. I assisted in the development of new technologies to streamline our productions such as cost tracking, shoot schedule updates, and travel arrangement tracking procedures. In film production you don’t just affect the lives of the people you work with but also that of the audience. The film industry provides me with a creative outlet to focus my superior organizational skills. This allows me to contribute to the magic that is storytelling through film.
