Lead team of three manager-level direct reports and extended network of global business partners to achieve Rheem\'s 2025 sustainability commitments: Launching a line of heating, cooling, and water heating products that boast a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas footprint, reducing plant greenhouse gas emissions by 50% and achieving Zero Waste to Landfill across global manufacturing operations, and training over plumbers, contractors and key influencers on sustainable products and practices. Serve as company spokesperson and thought leader on sustainability, developing annual Sustainability Progress Report and delivering high-level presentations, successful award submissions, internal and external communications, employee engagement, and events. Partner with global teams to promote sustainability market leadership. Collaborate with Europe business team to comply with EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Conduct sustainability materiality research to track and align with stakeholder values. Report global progress to Executive Leadership Team and regularly share updates with regional leadership teams to promote engagement, alignment, and accountability.
