Co-creating and executing online and classroom curricula with colleagues, I ensure all activities are executed in adherence to company policies plus state and Real Estate Commission laws. Providing state regulated real estate pre-licensing courses, I equip students with all the knowledge required to pass examinations. Teaching best practices, compliance, policies, and procedures, I investigate, oversee, and resolve student and partner concerns. Assisting with student enrollment and the creation and distribution of required materials, I regularly review and update course materials for continued compliance and ensure timely student course renewals.
