I love to learn. Perhaps I\'m quirky that way, but I love expanding my knowledge and treading down the path that creates. The path, whether it be rocky, well-paved, curvy, calm, along a lake, or with roots jutting out from beneath my feet, will always lead me somewhere new, interesting, and exciting. Or scary. Let\'s be honest, those paths aren\'t always idyllic at their final destination. But the journey to get there is awfully fun, isn\'t it?I\'m a passionate learner and teacher. I love to create content and customizing it to be captivating, engaging, and anything but typical. I love color and graphics. I love being able to take an idea or an end goal and form something truly amazing.I love the journey of making something of my own that others can use to their advantage to better themselves and their careers.I am skilled in identifying gaps in training and modifying existing methods to account for the deficiency. Between analyzing metrics and connecting with those who utilize the information that was presented, I strive to ready those being trained for success within their job function.
