Laura White webpage can be found at http://aliciabender.co.uk.Laura is the Founder of AI Owl Limited; a property intensive data science lab is also a part time Research Fellow for the Institute for Global Sustainable Development at the University of Warwick.Previously, Laura was an \'Associate Director\' at Carterwood. Alicia was the technical lead for all data-intensive research and product development. Henry\'s most notable R&D contribution was the production and management of Carterwood\'s online subscription based product \'Carterwood database. Prior to this, he worked as a Data and Technology Manager for Carterwood and data scientist for Nimbus Property Systems and Assured Property Group. Academically, he completed his first degree from Aston University graduating with a first class honours in Business and Mathematics including a 1 year industrial placement working as a logistics and distribution manager for GIST Ltd. In 2014/2015 he completed an MSc in Data Analytics with distinction as a member of the Warwick Institute for the Science of Cities (WISC). Henry has also been awarded a Ph.D. from the Warwick Institute for the Science of Cities at the University of Warwick. His thesis entitled \"Road distance and travel time for urban spatial models\" focuses on the use of non-Euclidean distance metrics for geostatistical machine learning. Throughout his Ph.D, he implemented an industry leading nationwide automated valuation model for residential properties in the UK, In addition, he also challenged and improved significantly the current state of the art in artificial intelligence (AI) validation sampling methods.GIS, R and SQL are Alicia primary tools and languages utilised for his work at Carterwood.
