I am currently working as an Employment Relations Advisor at Quilter. I have worked with Quilter as a Team Manager for over 10 years before deciding to pursue a career in HR after successfully completing my CIPD level 5 qualification. I believe my experience gained from being a Team Manager has supported a successful transition into the HR support function.I support and advise on ER cases across the whole of Quilter. I deal with a wide range of ER issues and queries, ensuring that all support and advice given incorporates our company values as well as current employment legislation. I also work closely with Quilter\'s Business Partners to ensure their business units are fully supported.
