ABOUT LAURA WEST
In 2020 I graduated with a First Class Degree in BSc Geography from Oxford Brookes University. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and my passion for the environment inspired joining conservation projects in Madagascar and Mexico. I decided in 2022 to kickstart my career and felt that the recruitment industry was a great place to start. I learned about how organisations of all sizes, operate across many different sectors. In this role, I guided candidates through recruitment processes and managed clients whilst developing new relationships with professionals in the sustainability sector.In January of 2024 I left TRIA to solo travel for 6 months and have come back hungry to start my career in conservation and sustainability as this is where I am most passionate and wish to make a positive difference.
