I am a dynamic and innovative leader driven to make a difference for the patients, organizations, and team members that I serve. My healthcare compliance expertise comes from almost two decades in the healthcare industry with half of those years dedicated to compliance programs throughout a not-for-profit community hospital, for profit nationwide medical center with international ventures, and a large academic medical center. I attained my Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in organizational leadership from Wilmington University, as well as two certifications in healthcare compliance through Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA) and George Washington University. My education and experience gives me a unique perspective to compliance and business allowing me to help stakeholders make sound business decisions that will not only protect them and the organization, but ultimately create better outcomes for the communities and patients they serve.
