ABOUT LAURA VALLE
I am an associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Bolzano (Italy). In May 2021 I have achieved the National Scientific Qualification as Full Professor (Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale di Professore di I fascia) of Private Law.In the last years I focused my research on the following areas: the sustainability of economic activities and CSR from the legal point of view; the passing over to the next generation of the family firms; data protection and the legal aspects of digitalization and IA. In these areas I am - or I have been - the responsible or the member of research projects.My research and publication professional experience was built on - and still currently deals with - Contract Law, Standard Contracts and European Contract Law, Consumer Law, Fundamental Rights of Persons. In 2020 I published a book on the interaction between contracts and the rights of persons \"Il contratto e la realizzazione dei diritti della persona\", Giappichelli publ.
