As a clinician, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy services with a diverse client population with an emphasis on those predisposed to trauma & chronic stress, such as the military population, their dependents, queer & BIPOC populations. bareWell is also San Diego’s exclusive provider of Mental Health Services for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Behavioral Health. Within this role, I aim to provide comprehensive mental, behavioral, interpersonal and systemic support to individuals, couples, their families, and people throughout the state of California who are struggling. As the Director of Program Development, my role is to be a strategic, people-centered team member who serves as a bridge between clinical services and operational growth in the group therapy practice. I nurture both internal culture and external relationships, contributing to the long-term success and innovation of the practice. I support clinicians in the practice in professional development, expand the practice’s community presence, facilitate group therapy programming, and streamline hiring and onboarding.
