As the Director of Event Strategy & Experience EMEA, I play a key role in shaping engaging event experiences that align with Pax8’s business objectives. I work closely with area Event teams to ensure exceptional execution of events, covering all touchpoints such as staff interaction, content, stand design, and merchandise. I collaborate with the marketing leadership team to align strategies and guide area Event teams on best practices, setting up new events, and continually improving all events. I also own and maximize success and ROI for \'Tier 1\' events like Beyond EMEA.
