Managing programs and process through change has been a theme across my career. I am a collaborator, comfortable leading groups defining the early steps of an emerging idea, or linking strategy to the details of implementation. From grant development to technical assistance to program delivery, my approach blends change management, project discipline, and human centered communication. My work is mission-driven, with commitments to equity and mental wellness. Whether I’m mapping ecosystems, coordinating multi stakeholder initiatives, or facilitating writing practices, I integrate inclusive facilitation and community voice into every project.My foundational career experiences began with top associations, high tech firms and global consulting leaders. I’ve blended this as the third-generation in a family real estate firm, entrusted to manage change towards the biggest purchase any family makes. Most recently I\'ve been working with nonprofits and associations of all sizes to solve problems with partners through grant-funded strategies. I thrive in environments where strategy and mission meet implementation — and where collaborative change strengthens communities.
