I am a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and employment lawyer by background with a specialism in equality and discrimination law. I am also Co-Lead of the Social Mobility Champions Network. I support our global clients with all aspects of their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. I am regularly involved in detailed D&I audits incorporating interviews, focus groups, research and engagement with senior leadership teams.
