I business partner the directors of these areas and their senior leadership teams. Delivering for our customers across the 5 AOCs, in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Nordics and the UK. I work globally across different jurisdictions and have a strong understanding of local employment laws and practices. I work to deliver Organisational Design projects to ensure efficient and effective structures across my business areas, along with delivering on leadership capability, talent, resourcing and development. I also engage with other HR specialities such as Reward and Talent Acquisition.
