I am a Social Value Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Author within Accenture’s Social Value Centre of Excellence, where I work as part of a specialised sales team across Accenture’s UK Health and Public Sector client account teams to develop our Social Value approach, respond to requirements and maximise impact. I design innovative social value solutions focused on a range of areas including workplace diversity, social mobility, sustainability, tech innovation, supply chain collaboration, mental health and physical wellbeing, and domestic abuse. I author social value responses and consult internally on social value strategy, both within specific accounts and across public sector accounts as a whole. As part of our Social Value Centre of Excellence, I work to upskill our wider health and public sector sales team and bid writing teams on how to respond to social value requirements and design, write up, and deliver compelling social value activities. Additionally, I am a proud advocate for workplace health and wellbeing, and have spoken on various women’s health panels to share my lived experience with endometriosis and provide guidance on how to support women in the workplace.
