Test and report any issues when ​programming changes to the TMPG database are implemented.​• Provide customer service to internal and external clients. Ensure all client inquiries are answered in a timely manner via email, phone ​calls or service center requests.​• Represent the department on any internal auditing requests. Supply documentation, explanation and backup for any inquires.​• Identify operational risks and red flags and communicate findings with colleagues, senior management and customers.​• Client conversions- Brokerage and bank custody platforms- work with prior record keeper/investment provider to coordinate the ​transfer of accounts, holdings and funds as well as directing the allocation. Book client and conversion accounts using gloss system and ​Global Plus.​• Daily accounting report of all open conversion accounts.
