We help forward-thinking companies unlock the full value of their Enterprise Applications.As Group Finance Director, I lead the global finance function across multiple international entities, driving strategic financial planning, governance, and transformation initiatives. I work closely with the executive team to align financial operations with business objectives, ensuring robust financial health and supporting scalable, sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the Group’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market dynamics- Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with IAS and IFRS standards, lead statutory audits, and maintain rigorous internal controls across payroll, VAT, HMRC, and BIK processes- Financial Planning & Analysis: Direct group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, including foreign currency exposure and intercompany transactions- Performance Reporting: Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting, including monthly management packs and board-level analysis to support strategic decision-making- Transformation & Systems: Lead financial transformation initiatives, including the optimization of IFS Cloud and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with board members, department heads, and external advisors to ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
