Laura is currently building Revalue’s operational foundations and setting a dream team up for scale. Before joining Revalue, Laura spent time researching forest-positive business models in the Brazilian amazon, incl. regenerative cocoa farming and mushroom cultivation. Laura is always looking to connect with ambitious people & teams building climate tech that moves the needle for the planet and its people.Prior to Revalue, Laura practiced as an attorney in private practice and was a key member of Milbank’s market-leading financial restructuring team in London, handling complex problems and advising investors on negotiated multi-billion dollar international restructurings and corporate rescue transactions. Laura thrives in pressure-cooker crisis situations and was recognised by the Turnaround Management Association with the 2020 transaction of the year award for the successful restructuring of Portuguese cabling business Solidal Condutores Electricos. Laura brings deep & wide ranging legal expertise across company life cycles from start-up / VC / PE / M&A to rescue & turnaround transactions across multiple industries (incl. tech & fintech, food processing, civil engineering, retail & industry).
