Partner with long-time volunteers, student leadership, community members, teachers, and YMCA team members to enrich and orchestrate NJ YMCA Youth and Government programming across the state and Spring conference. Responsible for managing budget and building strategic systems to ensure program sustainability, accessibility, and equity. Inspire critical skills across multiple teams like communication, team work, understanding of systems of government, stewardship, civic engagement, respect, social emotional skills, and to strive for excellence. Foster a strong sense of community and empower students to use their voice by ensuring agency in how we facilitate the program and conferece. Help build and maintain historical tracking systems in order to preserve student and volunteer resources for future delegates. Work alongside students, volunteers, and advisors to fundraise, build relationships with alumni and build momentum for increased engagement and retention across the state.
