About Laura Robertson
For over 15 years, I have focused on the Lean Six Sigma methodology, project and vendor management. I have used these skillets to develop a ground breaking methodology for managing childhood related trauma. I speak to adult survivors of child abuse and those who lead and teach them tools to manage the side effects from long-term trauma.I previously led the U.S. Lean Six Sigma educational division of T.D. Bank, designing and facilitating the Lean Six Sigma certification program.Prior to my employment with T.D, I led self service and automation initiatives for the #2 auto insurance carrier in the country. We were able to drive self-service for a customized customer experience and enhance automation to become more efficient at payment recovery. Mentoring and training people to make a greater impact in their family, community and business is my greatest passion.
