About Laura Roberts

I am a senior at the University of Washington, a Finance major also on the pre-medicine track, and a student-athlete on the UW women’s soccer team. To handle this schedule, I have refined my organization and time management skills. I am very good at balancing competing priorities and planning ahead for the future. My experience has given me a unique opportunity to create problem solving solutions and succeed under pressure in many areas. Both my academic and athletic experiences have helped me excel as both a team player and a leader. I am a very self-motivated person that loves to learn but also works well with everyone. I am passionate, enthusiastic, and a great contributor in a team-based environment.My unique educational background provides me the perspective to look at situations from a variety of different lenses. My past experiences have allowed me to gain insight into business, healthcare, foster care, athletics, patient care, presentations, science, education and more. I believe my background provides a unique set of experiences and perspectives that can contribute to greatly to any environment.

1. Clinical Research Coordinator

   Aug 2021 — Present

   I am a clinical coordinator for several clinical trials for patients undergoing allogeneic transplants and immunotherapy. I oversee patients who are enrolled in the trials to ensure they receive the treatment as proposed by the protocol as well as make sure time points are respected. I also collect data with the potential to further analyze it.
