I graduated from the University of Salford in 2017 with a BA in Journalism: Multimedia and 2019 with a Ma in Digital Marketing I am currently working at The Football Pools as a CRM Marketing Executive. I have previously worked at video game news outlet websites under various roles, from journalist to editor. From this experience I am more than capable of working within a team or taking a leadership role. I have also worked within many administrative roles and am very comfortable with general office etiquette and can work on computers and with a switchboard. I have the ability to adapt to any industry, having previous experience in customer service and business to business environments, I have worked in beauty, video games, health, natural / organic foods and vitamins, environmental, and industrial cleaning.
